Route Feature:

The tour itinerary:
B=breakfast, L=lunch, D=dinner, N=overnight
Day01  Lhasa/Yamdrok lake/Shigatse/Lhatse( L + D)
   Up to Kambala pass which is 4794m high, you will have a glimpse of Yamdrok-tso there. It is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. Then drive back to Chushul, along Nepal friendship way to Shigatse, visit Tashilunpo Monastery and the spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas in the afternoon. Overnight at Lhatse.
 
Day02  Lhatse/ New Tinggri (Shegar)/ Rongphu Monastery / E.B.C (B + L)
   Early morning start driving to Rongphu via Shegar, some parts of the road is with constructions. On the way you will cross over Gyatsola Pass at 5,220m, which is the highest enroute, and from the pass you will see the Himalaya mountain ranges in a clear day.
   Rongphu is the highest monastery in Tibet, still a good point to see Mt.Everst. Afternoon start trekking from Rongphu to E.B.C, it takes about 2 hours. Or you can take animal carriage ( 30rmb/per person,round-trip). Overnight at Rongphu guest house.(dorm beds)
  
Day03 Rongphu/ Shegar/Shigatse (B + L + D)
   If you are lucky enough, you will see sunrise at E.B.C.. About noon time, start driving back to Shigatse. Overnight at Shigatse.

Day04 Shigatse / Gyantse/ Namtso (B +L+D )
   After breakfast, drive to Gyantse, only 90km from Shigatse. You will visit the famous stupa - Gyantse Kumpum, the most stunning architectural wonder in Tibet. Afternoon drive back to Lhasa along the friendship way. Arrive at Namtso lake overnight in tent hotel.

Day05 Namtso/ Lhasa (L)
   Mornig see the sun-rise at Namtso, then drive back to Lhasa,enjoy the Yangpachen hotspring by yourself. Arrive at Lhasa end the trip.

Note:
1. Our company can help you book the hotel in Lhasa city as your require.
2. The entrance fee of Mt. Everest Base Camp is 65rmb/per person. Then Entry fee of the Landcruiser to E.B.C. is 405rmb. It is a bit cold to stay at Rongphu, so you'd better to take your sleeping bag with you.
3. On the way back to Lhasa,you also have a chance enjoy the Yangpachen Hot-spring by your own( price around 60RMB/p.p)
