Ganesh Himal- 13 Days

A very nice trek to Sing La pass is submitted with mountain view and village trekking. Trekker who have a few days holidays in Nepal and would like to visit villages to have different experience with their traditional culture in ganesh Himal region, this trek will let you know all most everything about villages and people. Mountains are often viewed for your happiness and for more details is in Itinerary. 
 
Ganesh Himal- 13 Days , Itinerary : 
Day 1 : Kathmadu to Betrawati/ Sat Dobate School,
Today, we have our Breakfast at Hotel in Kathandu. The bus/ van will come to pick up us at the hotel or we have to go to the bus park to get bus. The bus will take 4 hours to betrawati and will start our trek to the camp need 3 hours to the Sat dobate school, in the first day. Over night will be into the tent.

Day 2 : Sat Dobate School to Bhalche.
Today we will follow the Tamang village to the next camp called Balche. The way to bhalche is gradually up where no of villagers will respect you as white people and well come you as a god to their village. the way is very Popular for the trade concert to tamang people from Sertung, tipling and jharlang. Overnight will be at camp with simple tamang traditional culture dance happily.

Day 3 : Bhalche to Kharka
After, having breakfast, we will continue to the next camp. The camp will be at the Kharka. Kharka is surrounded by green vegetation. In march and April the place will be colorful with Nepalese national flowers "rhododendrons" where the Many different birds and Animals can appear just front of you.

Day 4 : Kharka to Gonga:
We are still walking up. The way to gonga is very Interesting. You can see lots of yak farms where people are making some ghee and butter to sale them in city. The way to gonga will take only 3/ 4 hours. Gonga lies on the top hill, where there are many ways to the different village. some people from dawn valley are taking place for their business there. people from sertung and lipling will com there for the exchange their herbal and peoples needed things. Over night will be at the camp. Today we are staying earlier due to we are going still up to cross the Shing La.

Day 5 : Gonga to Rupchet 3 hours.
Today will be the short day. The trail will take 3 hours in a day. We can reach at camp in the afternoon. The view from rupchet is fantastic with Mountain Langtang lirung, gosaindkunda, dorjepakpa and Sangdeng Himal through the green vegetation.

Day 6 : rest day for Acclimatize day.
Today we will do rest here due to we have to pass the sing La above 4000mrts tomorrow. People from sertung, and lipling have set up the business spot, Where No of people from other side is continuing visiting the place to exchange the goods.
Most of People will go to the himalaya for the Herbal things/ medicine will bring here. For the store.

Day 7 : Rupchet to Machermo
We do have our breakfast early in the morning, due to we have to pass the about 4000mtrs high. We consider that we should pass before the wind comes. We will be 30 minutes there for the Ganesh himal range and mountains. The view of ganesh himal ( Mountains ) is fantastic from the top. After that we will get down to the Camp will take 2:30 hours. The excursion of full day will be 5 hours.

Day 8 : Machhermo to chalish through Sertung village.
The trail will take you all the way down to the big tamang village called Sertung village where the People are can see in the different dresses and their culture. All the peoples are Buddhist and pray time to time going the in oldest Buddhist monastery near by the village. the village have, poor school, health post and post office.
After visiting village we will still will go down to the challis village will take 4o minutes. Overnight will be in the village. the village is very interesting with various casts in small place.

Day 9 : Chalish village rest.
Today we will get rest in the village as we have long way up and down to and will have good communication but there are some sight visiting Place called tatopani where the Hot spring. The Pot is not very big but it is Naturally hot. there are three pond at the same place will take 1:30 hours from the chalise village. Overnight will be with village People they have one women group will well come to the guest/tourist with their traditional culture when the guest interest to have a look

Day 10 : Chalish to Jharlang.
Today we are leaving all those happy things & mountains in the village and trek to Jharlang a tamang village will take 5/ 6 hours. There were all Buddhist before 5/6 years. But now all they are christen except lama, Monk.

Day 11 : Jharlang to Darkha.
Today we are hiding to Dharka through the way out gate of the Northern people. The Gate in Jharling is very Historical and Interesting. People from 4 VDC ( 12000 Population) fell that the gate is our life gate because They think they are not sure will back to their hometown doing business. The people from village are think as a foreign country out of the gate. After gate will take 2 hours to the Dharkha village for the Camp.

Day 12 : Darkha to Syauli or Tari bensi :
From Dharkha , you still follow the Aankhu River. The way to Tari Bensi is all flat but if you walk to the Shyauli bazaar will take you half way up. Over night will be at camp will have good view of Mountain Manasalu and Ganesh Himal.

Day 13 : Shyauli/ tari bensi to kathmandu.
Today is very easy day to the Dhading bensi will take just 2 hours walk. The Place called Dhading bensi is the district. All the district offices are set up there. But bus/ van/ or any kinds of vehicle is available there. The bus will take 3 hours to Kathmandu. Over night will be at Hotel.
